What we collect

Werkhaus Schema collects and stores the following data when you install the app:

• Your Shopify store domain
• Product, collection, and article titles and URLs from your store
• Your subscription plan and billing status
• AI-generated FAQ and schema data associated with your products

How we use it

Your store data is used solely to generate and inject structured schema markup into your store pages. Product information is sent to Anthropic's Claude API to generate FAQ content. We do not sell your data to third parties.

Third-party services

• Shopify — for authentication and billing
• Anthropic Claude API — for AI-generated FAQ and spec content
• Neon — for database storage

Data retention

Your data is retained as long as your app is installed. Upon uninstalling the app, all associated data is deleted from our database within 24 hours.

Your rights

If you are located in the European Union or California, you have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. To submit a data request, contact us at admin@werkhaus.ai. We will respond within 30 days.

Data deletion

To delete all data associated with your store, uninstall the Werkhaus Schema app from your Shopify admin. All store data will be permanently deleted from our systems within 24 hours of uninstallation.
